So Shantel was planning a long play date with Ella after school today and go to Jackson's baseball game. I called Gary to let him know that Shantel wouldn't be at Grandma Pam's when he got there. He informed me that he had set up a sleep over for Shantel with Grandma. Well I call Aunt Les back and tell her to bring Shantel home a little later.
Shantel gets home and I apologize to her that her play date was cut short. She replies "That's Ok I am going somewhere more fun...to be spoiled at Grandmas!" I laugh at disbelief and then she finishes "And have all the treats that I want."
That had to be the truest statement she had said all day!
